Journey with us on a spiritual experience as we explore the role of women in this rich culture. Our program includes daily morning meditations and energy cleansing activities led by Risikat "Kat" Okedeyi, followed by cultural experiences that bring us closer to the people of Cuba, through religion, music, dance, history, and art.
Kat is a Washington, DC- based radio host, university professor, and intuitive healer that uses medicinal herbs and ritual to empower her clients. She encourages women to share and grow from their collective experiences. Enjoy this amazing island with us and discover something new about yourself!
